Make sure you're getting the best video quality
All these classes are recorded in 4K and uploaded in a minimum of full HD/1080p, so if you're not getting crisp video please follow these instructions!
1. Go to the bottom left of the video and you should see a little cog, if you put your mouse over this it will say 'settings' - you can see this and the following steps in the screenshots below.
2. Click on this cog and you'll get a menu up, one of the options will be 'quality'
3. Click on quality, and then choose the highest quality option - in this case it is 1080p
If you get the video buffering lots, you may need to reduce the video quality. This depends on the speed of your internet.
